My sister lives here and I visit often. The parking lot is always full and she doesn't have a vehicle. The walkway to her ... apartmemt is stained, dirty, and smells bad like garbage. Trees are over-grown outside her patio door...need to be cut back or cut down. The place needs to be cleaned up. Read More about

I would not move in here. I moved in this month and it has been a disaster. The apartments have not been kept up maintenance ... wise. It takes weeks to get a repair and you have to constantly call and that still does not help. That is if you get an answer. They don't really fix the stuff the rig it so it will work for a day. THIS place is a nightmare keep looking. Everything from AC being out to not functioning bath tubs. STAY AWAY. Oh an there is no one to complain to I have asked for the corporate number and that went unanswered. Read More about

I love living here. A bit high for rent but it's more than an apartment it's home. The manager is so sweet, she cares about ... her tennant's. She tries to do things for the community and the kids. U know I don't complain much but this is ridiculous. We haven't had a new bin to put our trash in for over 10 days. Now at ... the first of the month they are going to want their rent. The place has shown me they really don't care as long as they get their rent. I know it's the holiday season but u can't tell me I have to wait two weeks for a new trash bin. I mean I wish you could see it. The trash is over flowing and when the new bin finally arrives the trash that packed on top will probably fill that one up. If only I knew.Totally unprofessional. They didn't even have the courtesy to let the tenants know they were having a problem. To me it's like having a big elephant in the room and everyone ignores it. I mean ignoring it doesn't make it go away. The problem is still here a total of 10 days now. Read More about
